PRET's North American Laboratory is accredited by A2LA to ISO 17025. The lab is equipped with International advanced testing equipment with brands such as ZWICK, CEAST/INSTRON, CEM, Mandel, and TA instruments. The laboratory has the capabilities to perform a wide variety of testing such as Tensile Properties, flexural properties, density and specific gravity by displacement, ash content, moisture analysis by Coulometric Karl Fisher test,  Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), deflection temperature under flexural load, Charpy impact resistance, Izod impact resistance, mold shrinkage, determination of relative viscosity of polyamide, melt flow rates of thermoplastics, thermomechanical analysis (TMA), Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric testing (TGA), dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). The Laboratory is equipped with high and low temperature testing capabilities as well. This equipment and test method help ensure the quality of products PRET has to offer.
